Hybrid presses for forage

IMABE’s hybrid balers represent the latest innovation in compaction technology, combining the efficiency of a continuous baler with the versatility of producing two bale sizes in a single machine.

They are designed to compact a wide variety of forages, such as alfalfa, straw, and similar materials. They allow for the continuous production of large bales weighing between 750 and 850 kg, tied with six polypropylene twines that ensure a firm and durable hold.

Furthermore, thanks to an IMABE patented accessory, it is possible to produce medium-sized bales weighing between 350 and 450 kg, which can be tied with raffia sleeves or polypropylene strapping, offering greater stability and flexibility in transport and storage.

With a single machine, IMABE offers the capacity to produce both large and medium-sized bales, optimizing logistics and improving the management of the baled material. The result is highly compact bales that maximize space and significantly reduce transport costs, guaranteeing high performance, durability, and quality in every compaction cycle.
