IMABE’s Bale Openers (Debalers) are stationary machines designed specifically to break apart various types of bales. These machines are ideal for efficiently preparing forage and other packaged products before further processing.
The bale opener features a conventional feeding system with a metal slat conveyor on which the bales are placed to be undone. This conveyor operates at low speed and is of the right length to remove twines from the bales, ensuring a controlled and safe feeding process.
Once the bales reach the work zone, they are broken down by a rotor equipped with cutting blades that work effectively.
